Created by internationally-recognized wellness expert, Dr. Darren Morton, The Lift Project experientially explores 10 wellness topics over 10 weeks, with a focus on mental health and resilience.
The Lift Project is accessed through an online learning platform and may be facilitated either virtually or in-person as needed.

How it Works
The Lift Project includes 10 modules over 10 weeks. We meet as a small group once weekly, either virtually or in-person, during which time we watch a brief, engaging video together and then discuss the topic of the week. Participants will also receive access to an online learning platform and will have the option to engage in fun challenges throughout the week to reinforce the learning.
